Director

Martin has over 22 years’ business development, staff development and recruitment experience in the UK and parts of Europe. He maintains and enjoys a ‘hands on’ flexible approach with respect to business development, client and candidate relationship management and overall project management ensuring the business continues to deliver a high level of service.

Joanna Caldwell

Head of Business Services

Joanna is responsible for ensuring the smooth operations throughout the business and manages the bulk of the back-office function, such as financial administration and contracts ensuring optimum value is being delivered to all our clients and relevant solutions are available to address their challenges.

Senior Recruitment Consultant

Independent Recruiter with years of experience in corporate and agency sourcing resourcing, co-sourcing in the Information Technology, Financial, Banking, Corporate Infrastructure, Mortgage, Risk, Healthcare and Medical fields.

Guides clients through optimizing job descriptions, interview and selection process, initiate and organize all interviews, and provide feedback for both client and candidate after interviews.

Damien James

Systems Management Team Leader

With eight years’ experience in business IT gained through multiple senior technical roles and Damien has proven expertise in the fields of technical consultancy, project delivery and IT strategy.

Responsible for several client-facing services including analysis and mitigation of security risks, applying technology for an advantage, design and delivery of bespoke IT strategies and also helps advance clients’ operations through the continual improvement framework and strategic development.

Janice started her IT career in the Education before taking the steps into the Financial Industry holding many senior roles in her 20 years of experience.

She works hard to identify trends within specific markets and analyse a business's competitors by gathering data before turning them into implementable action plans to improve our clients business.

Lee Mooney

Head of Enterprise Solutions Team

Lee heads our Enterprise solutions team. He brings over 15 years of technology management experience.

Lee has worked as an Information Technology consultant since 1989. During the years he has provided consultancy services to companies such as: Deutche Bank, BoNY, British Telecom, Lloyds of London, and NHS Information Authority, Roche Pharmaceutical etc. where he focused on client and technology delivery partnership revenue opportunities.
